✅ Task Automation Based on Job Type

Automatically create tasks based on the job type. For example, if gas installation is involved, you might want to automatically create a task to inform the local authority. When a job is created, if a job list is set and matches the job type, tasks will be automatically created against the job and sent to the assigned user for completion. Office job administrators can also set the start and finish dates of tasks in the Tasks tab.

✅ Job Classification with Automatic Quote Templates

Specific quote templates, known as Job Classifications, can now be set against a quote or a job. If a job is created first and then a quote is generated, the Job Classification will follow and vice versa. This ensures the correct quote template is always shown when sent via email or digital sign-up URL, eliminating the need to set templates manually.

✅ Superseded Quotes

Easily manage multiple quote variations per job with the ability to supersede a quote with a new one. This feature provides an audit trail of quote changes, including reasons and purposes, saving you the time of manual record-keeping.

✅ New Subcontractor Module

Create contractor quotes related to a job or a quote that is useful for large projects with many contractors. When a quote is accepted, you will know which contractor quotes are related to specific sections of work, allowing you to request contractor acceptance or rejection with one click.

✅ Project Module

Group multiple jobs for the same customer and track their progress with the new Project module. This is ideal for large-scale projects, such as replacing pipes in multiple houses, where each house is an individual job under a single project. View project progress, and total invoiced amounts, and print Gantt charts for detailed progress tracking.

✅ Multiple Locations per Job

Link multiple addresses (site locations) to a single job, accommodating businesses that operate across various sites.

✅ Move Appointments within the Diary

Easily reschedule appointments by clicking on the diary event and selecting the Reschedule Appointment button to choose a new time.

✅ Asset Management Module

Manage your assets comprehensively, including recording details (pictures, insurance information, acquisition details), tracking the asset lifecycle (services, incidents, maintenance), and assigning assets to jobs. The system automatically calculates asset costs against jobs, providing an accurate view of job costs and profits.

✅ Customer Access

Create users restricted to a single account. These users can only see the account and associated jobs but cannot view P&L, quotes, or invoices. They can also create jobs for the customer, making this feature useful for giving third-party access to book jobs on behalf of a customer. This user type does not count against your user licensing!
