To address this problem we deployed Rakata CRM. This now allows Surveyor to create Surveys on Andriod Tablet and send instantly as a PDF to customer. From the survey, they can create a JOB and manage all the job information from one screen. They can also manage all contractors and ensure they have agreed to any specific site conditions before being allowed on site. All staff can access any information from any location with any modern device.
